As the mother of five grown kids, and with a background in psychology and nursing, I’ve always felt the call to run to the rescue of others in physical and/or emotional pain to make them happy again. Luckily, I have a healthy addiction to the positive outcomes that I feel and experience each and every day. Marry that with my perspective on laughing through mistakes, and you’ll understand why I created EPIC Everyday, which uses real stories, humor, transparency, and practical applications to turn timeless wisdom into a fresh, understandable, and actionable blueprint for living.
